At this time, direct billing is done only for Asian Development Bank (ADB) Allianz card. If you have this card, pls bring provide us with :

This will help us identity your policy number and Allianz claims division. For other allianz card, patients can obtain official receipts to claim back from Allianz insurance.

Certain Generali insurance can now be booked through Europ Assits for direct billings. Generali card holders will need to check with Europ Assistance on scheme validity.

Thai Social Securities

Thai Social Security

The Thailand social security sum entitles to make claims annually up to a certain amount for medical and dental treatments.

Thai citizens need only to bring along their thailand identity card.
Foriegner working in Thailand would need to bring along their passport, identification and work permit

We would like to kindly inform you that effective 1 May 2026, BIDH Hospital will no longer be operating under the Social Security coverage agreement. As a result, patients using Social Security benefits will be required to pay the full amount at the time of service and subsequently submit the necessary documents directly to the Social Security Office for reimbursement.

2. Insurance Forms for Patient Reimbursement

If you are the policy holder of other insurance companies, BIDH dental hospital is also able to fill in your insurance forms for you to obtain reimbursement with your insurance companies alongside with official receipts.

We provide some corporate and insurance claims forms at our dental clinics. To ensure that your forms are processed quickly and successfully, please kindly inform our staff on your request during your first visit on documents. We can then ensure insurance claims are filled in correctly and timely.
